• Is everything ready to ship?​

No, every item is made to order with a 2-week processing time. This does not include the 3-5 business days USPS takes to deliver your package.

• Can I get my order by x date?

I cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date, that is up to USPS. I can only guarantee my processing time but USPS delays are out of my hands. If you need an order before the processing time make sure to contact me about rush processing and USPS Priority Mail options.​

• Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes! This one is not a yes/no question, it really depends on my workload at the moment. I love creating unique and customized items but I do not always have the time I need to take on custom requests. If you're looking for something custom just send me a message via Instagram and we can discuss it.​

• Can you ship to...?

Probably! Just send me a message and I can provide an international shipping quote. ​

• What are your earrings made of?

All my earrings come with stainless steel posts. They are made of a variety of materials including acrylic, wood, and some are even hand-painted.​

• What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order make sure to send me a message so we can work something out!
